Donation Refund Policy

At HARE KRISHNA MOVEMENT HYDERABAD, we follow a reliable refund policy to ensure our donors feel valued in their association with us. We take utmost care to process donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. However, in the unlikely event of an erroneous deduction, or if the donor wishes to cancel or adjust their donation, we will process the refund accordingly.

The refund of the incorrectly deducted amount will depend on the type of card used during the transaction. Refund processing may take up to 5 to 7 business days once the issue has been reviewed. To process the refund, we require:

1. Proof of deduction of the donation amount.
2. A written request for the refund, submitted within two days of the donation.

Additional Considerations:

• If a receipt has been issued, the donor must return the original receipt to our official address.
• If a tax exemption certificate has been provided, a refund will not be possible.
• International donations may require additional time for processing refunds.
